Now entering its tenth season, Middlebury New Filmmakers Festival is dedicated to showcasing the work of 1st and 2nd time filmmakers.

The festival spans five days in late August and screens more than 100 films on six screens. Middlebury’s small-town vibe lets fest goers connect directly with 80+ attending filmmakers from around the world, plus prominent Hollywood guests. MNFF’s recurring series provide opportunities to see curated movies year-round.

The Image Farm has been with MNFF from the start. The brand we created has become the symbol of a vibrant international community of filmmakers. After creating a distinctive look for the organization and inaugural festival, our role rapidly grew to comprehensive and strategic design leadership addressing touchpoints for print, online, on screen, and in real life. The Festival continues to grow.

Hard to capture in words all that your involvement has meant to our Festival over the years. Just know that I am enormously and forever grateful to you for all your brilliant work and saint-like patience. We couldn’t have built this without you.

At MNFF9 nearly 4200 people watched movies, up 36% from the previous year, and records for number of films submitted, filmmakers attending, passes sold, and walk-up tickets sold were all exceeded.
